Try the rst file which resets all the firmware to default rather than the all file which keeps the previous settings. You'll need to use the router tools rather than the web interface and use a fixed ip address. Hopefully that will unbrick the flash.

i am using http://192.168.2.1/ this does not work. In regards to using the other file to flash...how can we if the router is not accessible. I also tried using the firmware utility Draytek provides with the ip still does not work!

I've spoken with Helpdesk, they said if reset it would be 192.168.2.1 , however DHCP still not enabled on Vigor130 so have to do a static set on laptop/desktop that is connected direct to Vigor130

For example

192.168.2.2 for the Laptop/Desktop and 192.168.2.1 for gateway on it ( 255.255.255.0 )

In my case i can't see 192.168.2.1, can't even Ping it ( Dos Prompt - CMD )

however if i try 192.168.1.1 as gateway and ip as 192.168.1.2 , i can ping 192.168.1.1 but still no web interface

It looks like a VLAN tag has been implemented as default for the new firmware, or i just have a faulty unit that didn't like the new firmware ( latest )

Try 192.168.2.10 for the static IP (I believe the default range starts from this).
