Sussed it!! Been having the same problem on my 2862ac. Go into applications and IGMP and turn that off and snooping too. Seems they been defaulted to on. Anyway, sky q mini box came straight back on.

Still working for you?

I tried this and had no effect for me. It does occasionally when the conditions are right work for me anyway, so I am wary of false success.

Great to have these contributions in this thread though.

I’m on a wired connection for both Sky boxes if that helps.

Sky Q seems to work in a strange way... Assuming you don't have Sky broadband providing wifi then the main Q box creates its own Wireless network on 5Ghz to talk to other SkyQ minis, bypassing the DrayTek wifi. The DrayTek Wifi is only used for the main box to talk to the Internet (or not even that if you hard wire).
