Vigor 2762 - NordVPN connection

I have the same issue and have reported it to Draytek Support (yesterday they claimed it had been fixed but it isn't). It was working for me last week but I switched it off when working on something else. Yesterday I upgraded to 3.9.6 firmware - and then found the VPN no longer working. That suggests to me that 3.9.6 may be the problem but cannot say for certain. I have the same syslog error messages as others on this thread.

I have had the same issue recently on a 2862 (v3.9.6) and resolved it by following this guide, with particular reference to <username> and <password> entries at stage 9. You will notice both are given 24 character strings.

You are absolutely correct. New instructions it seems from Nord. VPN now working. I will inform the guy at Draytek who is looking onto this for me.

Doesn't help those of us where the password length is limited to 15 characters in the Draytek inferface (2952 / 2962).
