We've been using an AP-800 since November & I have been told it's developed a strange issue which only seems to affect iPhones.

It seems that only some websites can be accessed. For example, google.com works fine, but selecting a link will then hold & fail to load the page eventually.
The iPhone's also struggle to connect using mail.app on the iPhone.

The wireless works fine for other computers connected wirelessly.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

I've updated to the latest firmware.

I still haven't made any progress sorting this. Has anyone any advice?

We have an ap800 in work, I've never had any issues (android tablet & phone) but the guys with iPhones are always complaining wifi has stopped working.when they say the internet is off, I can still access fine, so yes a definate issue with iPhones.

I can confirm that the AP-800 does not work with iPad, iPhone, iPod, and some Mac laptops. The problem is intermittently being unable to access the Internet. There is not much to configure on the AP800, so I have not been able to find a way to fix it. Running 1.02 firmware. At this point I'm switching to another product.

Hello, I realise this is a total wild stab in the dark, but does the firmware here: ftp://ftp.draytek.pl/AccessPoint_AP800/Firmware/1.0.2_PL/ improve things?

I am using 1.02 and no, it does not resolve the issues. Whatever it is, the AP800 is not playing nice.
