Ah - I didn't think of that. Kaspersky thinks it's a Trojan; if I pause Kaspersky and run it then Windows Defender tries to stop me. I've installed it anyway but when re-enabling Kaspersky I get dire warnings to disinfect - I think I'll remove it, I only wanted to see how it worked anyway Not good when Draytek supply downloads like this.....

Windows Defender's probably just playing safe - it's probably quite a rare download (in the grand scheme of things). I don't think it's 'had a poke about inside', to see if it's safe.

You're probably right - Kaspersky was not specific, seems it was in "heuristic" mode and just being ultra-cautious, as was Windows Defender. Still, as I don't actually feel a great need for Vigor Connect I don't think I'll bother.
