I have it set for 10 min expiry.

Incoming calls won't work for me with those details unfortunately. I've had to put it back to sipgate.co.uk

I also noticed that my DND after 9pm isn't working now... If only I could find the old firmware and go back a step. Is that availalble anywhere?

Just an update for anyone else with this problem: I went back to the previous firmware - version 3.3.1.2_211011 and everything has been fine since.

My 2820VN has been up for 455 hours, and the ADSL has been up for 41 hours. It has clearly had several re-synchs in the time that its been up but the phones are all still registered and have been working fine.

As far as I can see from my testing the problem seems to be exclusive to the latest firmware.

Simon,

I know this may be a stupid question but . . . have you tried 3.3.3?

Your prevous post was on the 4th and that may have been before 3.3.3 came out.

Hmm...looking back at my post dates and the fact that 3.3.3 was released 5/11/09 I guess I tried 3.3.2 before.

The release notes for 3.3.3 include quite a lot about VoIP so perhaps it is worth a stab... Thanks for the heads up Macavity!

For VoIP
 Corrected: ringing tone for Singapore.
Corrected: VOIP regional malfunctions after SAS has been generated.
 Corrected: SIP memory leakage.
Improved: digitmap feature (both WebUI fool-proof check and wildcard support).
 Corrected: a semi-attendent CT.
 Corrected: CPU 1.4 VOIP compatibility.
Corrected: Doubled VoIP buffer (we reduced it to half in an earlier version) as we found it
is more stable.
Fixed: call scenario fails with no registration.
Fixed: phone does not ring after calling for a while.
Fixed: When RFC-2833 with payload type= 96 packet is received, the router will reboot.
Fixed: call forward when busy for S0.
Don't let ISDN loop through to PSTN via Digit Map.
Increase compatibility with more stun servers.
Allowed VoIP number starting with # for non-IP calls.
