They Do a full package voip hosting ( no mention on IVr ) but maybe they can do what you said

A hosted solution will work anywhere there's an internet connection. You can go with a UK telecoms firm. Make sure they can pass the DDI number tothe handset so you know which number has been dialled.

Bear in mind that the OP might still need the POTS line for his DSL connection so he'll still be paying for that.

I don't mind that , each property as 2 Ultimate VDSL2(80mb) except one is only capable off VDSL1 (30mb) x2

That was a no go , they don't port to sip trunk and don't do sip trunks at all

They supply voip host which have to use their equipment not compatible with standard voiplike draytek and Gigaset etc

And each feature is chargable like voicemail extensions etc

So better doing it myself
