Vigor 130 and youview was created by the pit
Hope someone can help with this. I've got a BT Youview box and the 4k UHD channels won't work however they work with the BT hub. With the vigor I get ipc6023 error.

I configured the vigor as per draytek instructions

https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-vigor-130-vlantag?return=9238437

The 130 goes into 2960 but at the moment I want to get this working via 130 alone i.e one step at a time.

The Vigor 130 is a modem only, therefore must be used with a router behind it. In your case this is a Vigor 2860, which should be fine. Unless of course I am mis-interpreting what you are saying! The BT hub is a combined modem/router, as is the Vigor 2860. So you should be able to use the 2860 on its own, via Wan1, or behind the 130 via Wan2.

the 2960 doesn't have an modems in it, but you will need to connect the 130 into a WAN port of the 2960, to deliver a PPPoE connection and then then the 2960 do its routing magic.

I'm aware of that the 130 is a modem. However you can test the streams via vlc and tls readerlite on a pc as long as you set up an ppoe adaptor on the pc.
If I can get that to work I can plug the 130 back into 2960 which in theory should work as I've enabled igmp on the 2960.

Firstly, apologies for misreading your initial post.
The following links may be relevant:

https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-igmp-proxy

Although not mentioning the 2960, it refers to a change to the default 130 config as below

https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-vigor-130-bridge

Hope this may help.
