Well I'm testing it now - and I lost 500k sync + with this modem code so I'm not to happy about that.

Testing the VPN and Wifi stuff at the moment

ADSL Firmware Version: 211011_A

So an update.

The VPN problem looks like its sorted, ran it for 30 min's with no issues.

However - Wifi issues;

No DNS access on wifi clients - problem is not there in the 3.3.2.1_232201 f/w

Sync;

At least 500k down with this version of modem code 232201 always works best for me.

Gone back to my working f/w now - can't have wifi with no DNS and a hit in sync.

I was using beta 4.

Just installed it (apologies for the delay - it's been a long evening of working).

With the modem version I too I have dropped around 500kbit - was 19203000, now 18776000. Like you, my line performs better with 232201_A.

I'll test out the VPN and wifi tomorrow

IamQ-YesIam,

From the looks of it beta 4 is an older firmware features wise (compared to features on 3.3.2.1 and 3.3.3RC5b anyway) so perhaps it's based on an earlier build and DrayTek have been using it specifically for verifying VPN passthrough stability.

Ask your support person for 3.3.3RC5b, seems good for me so far(although I haven't used WLAN with it yet)
