Could you elaborate a little more on that please?

If you change the gain to 10, then pick a phonebook entry i.e. #001270123456 works fine if you just select that from your phone and hit the green button? (So it dials it all in one go.)

I assume that the dialplan still doesn't function correctly?

Thanks

Mike...

I haven't tried (don't use) phonebook entries - but numbers that can't be dialled via SIP, e.g. 123, 1571, 999 that are placed in the PSTN Relay settings (i.e. relayed automatically to PSTN without needing #0) now work with the Mic gain turned up to 10...

Oooooh, sounds promising then. Can't wait to get home tonight and try it out.

When I mentioned phone book entries, I actually meant ones in your physical phone.

I'll try it over the weekend and see if it really is a fix for us all.

Cheers

If the numbers in your physical phone can be stored with the #0, then they should work in the same way as dialing #0xxxxxxxxxxxx as one big string then pressing the green key to dial the lot - tested and working for me!!

Good luck!
