I use a Pipex 2mb service at Home, and rarely have any problems. I've recommended Pipex to around a dozen friends and family members too, and none of them have reported problems to me - and I'd be the first to know!!

I used to resell Pipex during the 13-odd years when I worked in IT, and found their business packages and associated support to be very good.

If you're looking for "business critical" ADSL (not that there's any such thing), BT's business ADSL support has always been excellent when called upon... but things do change!

They like www.adslguide.org have a reasonable amount of information. They normally name and shame the worst as well ... which is always nice ... (problem is that always seems to be the one I am with :? ).

I use Zen for all my clients and have never experienced any major probs or downtime. As for BT, I am pretty certain that it stands for Bag (of) Tits. Total idiots, the staff are so dumb that I've eaten veg brighter than them. Avoid avoid avoid!!

:lol: Rural Internet here. No probs what so ever, the tech support is second to none though I've never had to use it(in anger), but often phone the boss up for a chat lol

I have been with Nildram since ADSL was available to me. They are not the cheapest in town but they are good, very good in fact. When I have had a problem, which has only been two or three times in the last 4 years, their customer support has been fantastic, and at the end of the day that's what matters, a company that will sort out any problems which you may have
