Ditto.... started with them in 2001... have recommended loads of people to them... all very happy!

and you get free newsgroups with 7 days retention on binaries!

I use BT, ClaraNet and O2; of them all And I think because it is new and wants custom I rate O2 the best. BT are hopeless and Claranet little better although at least thtye sound like they know what they are talking about.

Our work uses them for all there connections (internet and VPN).

I have found them to be very helpful and also easy to speak to.

They are small (compared to the likes of BT).
But this offers your service levels unheared of in todays world.

Also, when they say "unlimited" they mean it!

been with many uk providers over the years, but the 2 i can wholeheartedly recommend are Zen & ADSL24, both have top levels of support & customer service.
