Yup been back to them with log files and the configuration files.
Since the reflashing and resetting to defaults apart from a couple of pc's which baulked at the first time connection no problems since.
Looks like the accidental power off corrupted the firmware.
It could be a lucky run though we shall see.
It's be interesting too see if Draytek come back with anything from the orginal config files.

But you did that later; was the original problem down to settings or firmware (now updated?) ?

Still up and running without issues so it looks like the resetting everything to defaults then flashing did the trick.

Just over 2 months on latest firmware without any issues, although im not making any changes.
Due to get my second gigabit line installed in next 10 days, that will be the first load test for it and I'll start adding some policy routes.
