Try using a firmware with Vectoring support. I did that and it made a huge difference.

I am on the latest one with Vector 2, but still huge issues. I'm just using the OR modem.

I've been working through this with DrayTek support for the last couple of weeks, but no further forward.

The best I can report is that my connection is fine for a few days (5 at most), then it disconnects, then get stuck in a loop of disconnecting, reconnecting...

So like you, I'm back on the BTOR modem for now.

I'll keep you posted.

Have a good weekend!!!

We have a customer with the same problem.
The 2860 is less reliable that the issued BT Hub.

As a help for others (or any DrayTek people who might read) when people refer to firmware, it's no use stating "latest" etc.
Always state specific firmware version and modem code used.

have a draytek 2860n-plus that had really bad speeds, in the end i phoned BT to get a engineer out, and the problem was fixed at the first visit, the engineer got me to flash the firmware to a older one and then he did a reset on the line and everything has been ok since, the engineer did tell me not to change the firmware as the latest ones or beta versions draytek push out, can sometimes keep the router loosing connection and rebooting then the cabinet thinks there are faults and slows the line down, this is me current status
