Thanks - will use that.
Can I re-install my config do you think or is it a complete fresh re-write?

I can't help but feel that there have to be other factors at play here [ISP, line length, cabinet chipset etc] as we all have different experiences...

As I posted on March 17, I am running 3.8.2.2_VT3 but selected (accidentally) the DSL modem code as AnnexA_574307_571801 (so not the recommended 576D17 version, but who knows what they all do!!). PPoE uptime now in excess of a month without a single drop [hope I haven't spoken too soon]. In case if it helps I have copied my Diagnostics/DSL Status - anyone whose line keeps dropping spot any key differences?? This is for BT Infinity2 on a quite short line.

Chris

Turning off hardware acceleration was the first thing that I tried as it was causing other issues. anyone having this type of issue really should raise a ticket with support so that they are aware of the extent of the issue.

Anyone got a credible fix that is consistent for all users yet? I'm still getting drop outs. Must admit, I'm temped to put a BT router back in and forget this Draytek.........
Thanks
